Our Living History reenactment group is dedicated to preserving the memory of the service men and women of the Second World War by educating those who wish to know more.

We have three main impressions, but cover other units when we have the opportunity.  The 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment (B Company) of the 101st Division - better known as the Screaming Eagles is our main airborne impression, many of you will already have heard of the Screaming Eagles from the TV series ‘Band of Brothers’ fame, when the BBC immortalised Dick Winters and his men from the 506th P.I.R .

28th Infantry Division

AIM Members at Crich 2008 in the freezing snow! .

‘Rock of the Marne’ the 3rd Division (15th Infantry Regiment) famous for its fighting across Europe and Medal of honour winner Audie Murphy and the 28th Infantry Division (Bloody Bucket) are our straight leg impressions. Last but no least we portray the 2nd & 4th U.S. Marines giving us the opportunity to show the public a little about life in the Pacific theater of war during the conflict. At events across the country we display scenarios including static dioramas, battle scenes, living in the barracks and general life in the 40's.  We always aim to achieve high standards both in our authenticity and knowledge when in front of the public and at private events.
